The petitioner is the plaintiff. The petitioner has filed this petition against the order dated 18.09.2017 by which the learned District Judge, West Champaran, Bettiah has dismissed the petition of the petitioner for transfer of the case to another court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the defendant nos. 1 and 2 are on visiting terms with the Presiding

No.1828 of 2017 (2) dt.12-02-2018 2/2 Officer of the court, who is in seisin of the suit, but I do not find any force in the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and there is no material to show that the Presiding Officer is any way influenced with the defendants. Considering the aforesaid facts, the present application is dismissed.
