Patna High Court CWJC No.4508 of 2019 dt.07-05-2019 2/2 Date : 07-05-2019 The petitioners have approached this Court for a direction to the respondent authorities to absorb them on Class-III or Class-IV posts, which is available after giving them relaxation of age, taking into account that they had rendered their services in a project sponsored by the Government for about seven years and which project has now been abandoned.

2. Mr. Mukesh Kumar, the learned counsel for the petitioners, after some arguments, seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to enable the petitioners to approach the appropriate Government/Authority for redressal of their grievances.

3. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
