JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 23-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Taking into consideration that looted motorcycle has been recovered from house of the petitioner and petitioner carries criminal antecedent of similar nature, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 16 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur stands rejected at least, at this stage.
