The petitioner is languishing in jail since 19.06.2015 in a case instituted under Sections 326(A), 379 and 506/34 4 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, it is a case of pouring of hot water on the body of the informant as well as theft of golden chain and ear tops of the informant by the accused persons. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 19.06.2015. Chargesheet has been submitted in the case. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is a lady. Due to family dispute, the alleged occurrence is said to have taken place. As per the allegation, hot

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44860 of 2015 (3) dt.18-12-2015 water is said to have been poured on the body of the victim by the petitioner. Petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioner has already remained in custody for about six months.

On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the FIR.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Nawada in connection with Nagar (Kadirganj O.P.) P.S.Case No.287 of 2015.
