The petitioner is in custody in connection with Nawada Muffasil P.S. Case No. 201 of 2019 for the offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in committing theft of motorcycle. However, the stolen motorcycle was recovered from co-accused Rohit Kumar who has been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 16.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 59109 of 2019. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 28.11.2019.
Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no

No.6186 of 2020(2) dt.03-02-2020 2/2 criminal antecedent; and co-accused Rohit Kumar has been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 16.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 59109 of 2019, the Court is inclined to grant bail to him. The petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Prashant Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Nawada in connection with Nawada Muffasil P.S.
