2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dandkhora P.S. Case No. 70 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is the accused of killing her son.

4. One Chhotu is the assailant of the deceased.

5. The petitioner is the mother of the deceased who is in jail since 18.07.2023 having clean antecedent.

6. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing
