On the last date i.e. 21.06.2022, the matter was called out and on finding that no one appears for the petitioner, this Court had adjourned the matter by way of last indulgence. A counter affidavit has been filed in this case and on perusal thereof, it appears that the investigation in the case is still pending.

In the circumstances stated above as this Court finds that the petitioner is not taking interest in pursuing the matter, this writ application is being disposed of giving liberty to the
