The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Parasbigha P.S.Case No.96 of 2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 363 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner, husband and son is of kidnapping of the minor daughter of the informant . Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the whole case is based on only suspicion and nothing has been attributed against the petitioner and she is a lady and ready to co-operate in the investigation.

Heard learned A.P.P. , who has opposed the prayer for bail. .

No.7276 of 2019(4) dt.08-05-2019 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of discussions made above and since the petitioner is a lady, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Parnav Kumar Bharti, J.M. Ist Class, Jehanabad in connection with Parasbigha P.S.Case No.96 of 2018 , subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with further condition that he will co-operate in the investigation and appear before the police as and when required by the police. With the aforesaid direction, this application is allowed.
