2 The petitioners have approached this Court with a simple prayer to dispose of their representation dated 05.08.2019 preferred before respondent No 3, the Chief Engineer, Water Resources Department, Dehri-on-Sone, Rohtas at Sasaram.
Patna High Court CWJC No.2860 of 2020(2) dt.14-09-2023 2/2 3 Learned State Counsel submits that there has been inordinate delay in approaching the respondent-authorities. 4 Any representation, that has been preferred, needs to be disposed of and whatever is being submitted before this Court can be incorporated in the said order.
5 In that view of the matter, respondent No 3 shall be duty bound to pass an order as the representation (Annexure 6 to the petition) shows that the office has given acknowledgment on 05.08.2019.
6 If necessary, the petitioners will be filing a fresh representation along with this order within four weeks from today. In that case, respondent No 3 shall be passing an order at the earliest.
