The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The petitioner was arrested on mere suspicion and he is said to have confessed his guilt. Save and except confession of the petitioner and other accused persons, no further tangible material is collected to show the involvement of the petitioner in the robbery and similarly situated accused Kundan Paswan has already been granted bail. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in Mallaypur P.S.
