A show cause has been filed on behalf of the opposite party no.4 annexing the letter no. 01459 dated 24.1.2020 by which an order has been passed by the Patna Municipal Corporation stating therein that in view of the fact that the petitioner do not have any document relating to her claim for Flat No. 403, Indralok Apartment, no positive order can be passed.

In that view of the matter, the memo no. 177 dated
