JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 06-05-2019 Although a counter affidavit has been filed today on behalf of the Bihar Industrial Area Development Authority, but learned counsel for the parties are unanimous in their approach that this writ application would be covered by the order dated 15.01.2019 passed in CWJC No.1029 of 2019 and the order dated 25.02.2019 passed in CWJC No.42 of 2019. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that so far as admitted amount of bank guarantee in the present case is concerned, it is Rs.1 lac.

The petitioner would, thus, be obliged to submit bank

Patna High Court CWJC No.2649 of 2019(2) dt.06-05-2019 2/2 guarantee of Rs.1 lac which he had himself undertaken before the appellate authority.
