2. The present petition has been preferred for compliance of the order dated 17.07.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 819 of 2016.

3. Pursuant to the order dated 08.05.2019, a show cause on behalf of the opposite party no. 4 has been filed in which paragraph-5, it has been stated that the earnest money of

Patna High Court MJC No.349 of 2019(4) dt.13-03-2024 2/2 Rs. 25,000/- along with interest of Rs. 1250/- have been cleared to the petitioner and relating documents have also been attached as annexure.

4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the grievance has been redressed.
