The petitioners seek bail in H. Kharagpur P.S. Case no. 10/2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20, 21, 22, and 25 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

The police got information and raided the house of the petitioners and it is alleged that 10 plants of ganja were found grown up in the courtyard of the petitioners for that the petitioners are in jail since 03.09.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Munger, in connection with H. Kharagpur P.S. Case No. 10/2013.
