The petitioner seeks bail in Hajipur Town P.S. Case No.513 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 399,402, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a,26/35 of the Arms Act.

The allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of a loaded country-made pistol and five cartridges from the possession of the petitioner. On the aforesaid allegation, the petitioner and other accused were arrested by the police. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case having no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 08.06.2019. Heard learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.

Considering facts and circumstances as well as period

Patna High Court CR. MISC.
