The petitioner seeks bail in C.R. No. 274 of 2007, T.R. No. 3297 of 2014 registered under sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The complainant earlier lodged Hathauri P.S.

Case no. 31 of 2006 under section 304B and other section of the Indian Penal Code. The police after investigation submitted final form finding the case false. Thereafter the informant filed protest petition and the case proceeded. The petitioner is the father-in-law and he is in jail since 29.05.2014.

Considering the fact that the police found the case false and petitioner is father-in-law who is in jail since

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42159 of 2014 (3) dt.10-02-2015 2/2 29.05.2014 , the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri K. Kumar , J.M. Ist Class, Rosera in C.R. No. 274 of 2007, T.R. No. 3297 of 2014.
