JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-04-2018 The petitioner, by way of the present writ petition, seeks direction upon the respondents for promoting him to the post of Class-III from the post of Group-D on the basis of Government Resolution dated 31.01.2011.

It is submitted that despite similarly situated employees being promoted, the petitioner has not been promoted till date and for the said relief, he has already filed representation. In view of the aforesaid, I deem it fit and appropriate to direct the petitioner to file a representation before the respondent no. 4, the Civil Surgeon-cum-Chief Medical Officer, Begusarai within four weeks from today which shall be disposed of by him within four weeks thereafter by a speaking and reasoned order with due communication to the petitioner.

The writ petition is disposed of.
