The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Sections 498 & 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is the husband of the informant. The informant made allegation that her husband subjected to cruelty and torture and he also makes poison in her food but the informant did not consume the same.

It is submitted that the petitioner is ready to keep his wife with all honour and dignity but the informant herself does not want to live with the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, above
