Case No. 41 of 2016, disclosing offences under Sections 420, 468, 471, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 10 of the Bihar Conduct Examination Act, 1981..
Allegation against the petitioner is of appearing in place of other person in the Bihar School Examination Board. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and she is a lady and ready to abide by any condition imposed upon her. Further, she has no criminal antecedent. Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances of the case and taking a lenient view that the

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Munger, in connection with Kharagpur P.S. Case No. 41 of 2016, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
This is further subject to the condition that if she again found in such type of activities in future, her bail bonds shall liable to be cancelled.
