The petitioners are languishing in custody since 29.06.2014 in a case initially registered for the offences punishable under Sections 394 and 395 of the I.P.C. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40911 of 2014 (3) dt.22-01-2015 2 / 2 accused Laddu Gopal was apprehended and suggested the name of his associates as Priyanshu Kumar, Laxman Sahni and Karn @ Vikash Kumar.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that there is no recovery from the petitioners nor they have been put on T.I. Parade. The statements have been made in paragraph no. 3 of both the petitions that the petitioners have no criminal antecedents and Laddu Gopal has been granted bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 794 of 2015.

Considering the fact that the petitioners were not put on T.I. Parade, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Pupari at Sitamarhi in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 195 of 2014. .
