The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and under section 3

(1) (xi) of the SC/ST Act.

The informant named the petitioner along with other accused persons and alleged that the petitioner assaulted the informant with iron rod on his head. Other accused persons are also alleged to have assaulted the informant with knife. Three injuries were found on the person of the informant but the injury found on head is opined to be grievous in nature as parietal bone was found fractured. Author of the aforesaid injury is the petitioner.

It is submitted that wife of the petitioner lodged

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45519 of 2015 (2) dt.30-09-2015 2/2 counter version being Nautan P.S. case No. 77 of 2015. Three persons from the side of petitioner got injuries. On account of land dispute the occurrence took place and with regard to the same land a title suit is also pending.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that petitioner is in jail since 27.07.2015, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in Nautan P.S. Case No. 78/15.
