2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"(a) For directing the respondent authorities concerned to make payment of the compensation for the land acquisitioned area 4 Katha 9 Dhur from Khata no.84, Khesra no.372 for the purpose of construction the Bypass road. (b) For directing the Respondent authorities to hold an enquiry and punish the

Patna High Court CWJC No.12526 of 2016(2) dt.22-07-2025 2/2 person concerned who has received the compensation amount and also punish the erring officials who connived in doing so.

(c) For grant of any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner may be found entitled there too."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since under the Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, the Tribunal has already been constituted, liberty be granted to prefer appropriate petition before it.

4. Learned State counsel has no objection.

5. In that background, if the petitioner prefer a petition within a period of next four weeks, the concerned authority shall see to it and take to its logical conclusion and consider that the petition shall not be dismissed on the ground of limitation, as the matter was pending before the Patna High Court since long.

6. The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
