The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that Bauwa Yadav @ Arvind Yadav fired which hit her daughter and her daughter died. The petitioner, Amit Yadav, Krit Narayan Yadav, and Pradumn Yadav were also accompanying Bauwa Yadav @ Arvind Yadav but no allegation of assault is made against the petitioner. Krit Narayan Yadav and another accused person have already enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15069 of 2014. The petitioner is in jail since 26.07.2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43791 of 2015 (2) dt.21-09-2015 2/2 is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Saharsa in Sessions Trial No. 316 of 2013/ 2436/14 arising out of Sour Bazar P.S. Case No. 335 of 2013.
