1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 364, 302, 201, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has antecedent of one case.

4. The informant alleges that his son was kidnapped and thereafter was killed and his dead body was thrown in a ditch.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from bare perusal of the allegation as alleged in the F.I.R., it would manifest that the informant is not an eye witness to the occurrence and the entire allegation hinges around suspicion. It is further submitted that the allegations are general and omnibus

No.10056 of 2024(2) dt.28-02-2024 2/2 in nature and similarly situated co-accused Rohit Singh @ Rohit Kumar has been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail by a learned Co-ordinate Bench by an order dated 02.11.2022 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 32534 of 2022 and Ranjeet Singh @ Ranjit Kumar Singh has also been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail by an order dated 18.04.2023 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 62899 of 2022.

6. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

7. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with G.B. Nagar P.S. Case No. 200 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
