JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in jail since 10.6.2015 on the accusation that he was caught along with other persons while assembled for making preparation for commission of dacoity and during the course of search one country made pistol containing four live cartridges was recovered from his conscious possession. The petitioner carries criminal antecedent of three cases but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the petitioner has already been granted the privilege of bail by the competent Court in almost all the above stated cases and so far as the present case is concerned, he is in jail since long.

No.44888 of 2015 (2) dt.28-09-2015 2/2 In the facts and circumstances of the case as well submissions of the parties, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Chhiraiya P.S. Case No. 121 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Sri Uma Shankar, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Sikrahna at Dhaka, Motihari.
