JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 24-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioenr is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, the mother of the deceased made statement before the investigating officer disclosing this fact that the mother of the petitioner used to sell vegetables in front of her house and when she objected the mother of the petitioner, she gave threatening of dire consequences. Furthermore, she as well as her son have stated that deceased had been taken by the acused on the pretest of purchasing of the motorcycle and after that dead body of the deceased was recovered.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44722 of 2015 (2) dt.24-09-2015 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Sono P.S.case No. 177 of 2009.
