The grievance of the petitioner is only confined to expeditious disposal of her application for mutation of her name over a piece of land, the particulars of which have been mentioned in para-1 of the writ petition, which is pending before respondent no.9, the Circle Officer, Pandarak, Patna, since 2018.

3. Learned counsel for the State, at the outset, submits that after coming into force of the Bihar Right to Public

Patna High Court CWJC No.8200 of 2018(2) dt.22-08-2024 2/2 Services Act, 2011, w.e.f. 15.08.2011, the mutation of a particular land in circle office is being done through online and till date, the petitioner has not submitted such application for mutation.

4. Certain other contention has also been raised, however, the same is not required to be taken up for consideration at present.

5. In view of the submissions advanced, the writ petition stands disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file a proper application for mutation of the land.

6. Suffice it to say that if such application is filed before respondent no.9, the Circle Officer, Pandarak, Patna, the same shall be considered and disposed of expeditiously under the provisions of the Bihar Land Mutation Act, 2011. (Harish Kumar, J) rohit/- U
