The dispute arises out of the written agreement dated 16th of February, 2017. The respondents herein, namely Smt. Akanksha Arya and Smt. Sweta Singhania (page-13) agree to pay a sum of Rs.48,00,000/- to Shri Janmey Jay Kumar towards full and final settlement of all claims out of the said agreement dated 16th of February, 2017. The respondents undertake to pay the said amount to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from today. The said amount shall be directly remitted into the bank account of the petitioner whose

The respondents' undertaking is accepted and taken on record.

Consequences of the breach thereof, including initiation of proceedings for contempt, in the event of violation thereof explained to the respondents. The petitioner undertakes to withdraw the criminal complaint Case No. 2221(C) of 2020 pending before A.C.J.M.-XI, Patna (successor court of Ms. Richa Ranjan, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Patna.

This he shall positively do on receipt of the amount from the respondents. The petitioner's undertaking to such effect is accepted and taken on record.

Consequences of the breach thereof, including initiation of proceedings for contempt, in the event of violation thereof explained to the petitioner. In any event, with the respondents placing on record before the trial court pertaining to the remittance of the amount, the said complaint shall be deemed to have been disposed of.

Petition disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
