2. The present petition has been preferred for the following reliefs:- (i) For the direction to the petitioner for disposed off the representation filed by the petitioner on dated 05-01-2025.

(ii) For direction to the concerned authority to disposed off land settlement case No.14/2022-23.

(iii) For the direction to the concern authority to make immediate action regarding the Land Settlement in favour of the petitioner.

(iv) For direction to the concern authorities to come the fundamental right of Article

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has filed an application for settlement of the land in question as he is a land-less person. Settlement Case No. 14 of 2022-23 has been initiated and is pending before the Collector, Rohtas at Sasaram. The petitioner makes a prayer for early disposal of that case.

4. The Collector, Rohtas at Sasaram is directed to dispose of the application of the petitioner as early as possible in accordance with law, without being prejudiced by this order.

5. With these observation(s), the writ petition stands disposed of.
