Some articles of tractor were recovered from a rickshaw on which three persons were found sitting. Petitioner is said to be one of them.

The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Moreover, there is noting to show that seized articles were stolen properties. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in Kotwali P.S. Case no. 302/2015.
