The present writ petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioners for directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioners for regularization of service as non-teaching staff.

The petitioners further prays for directing the respondents for making payment of arrears of salary and any other relief(s) for which they may be found entitled. Considering reliefs sought by the petitioners, petitioners are directed to file a detailed representation along with a copy of this order before the respondent no.4 within a period of one month and the respondent no.4 is well advised to consider the case of the petitioners and dispose of the representation of the petitioners after affording an opportunity of personal hearing or through their counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law and in light of the order passed in C.W.J.C. No.13895 of 2021, dated 16.05.

2024, within two months from the date of filing of such representation by the petitioners. It is made clear that respondent no.4 shall be personally held responsible for non-compliance of this order. With the aforesaid directions, this writ application stands disposed of.
