The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Saharsa P.S. Case No. 429 of 2014 registered under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa, in connection with Saharsa P.S. Case No. 429 of 2014. m.p.
