The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 325, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 25(1-b)a and 27 of the Arms Act. The informant alleges that on 13.09.2021, he received a call on his mobile and the caller said that he wanted to take admission in Co-operative College, hence he was asked to come to G.D. college and from there they will go to Co-operative College, it is next alleged that when informant reached G.D. College, he met a boy named Adarsh who took him inside the college and thereafter it is alleged that this petitioner assaulted

No.7812 of 2022(2) dt.01-09-2022 2/3 with slaps and leg, thereafter Bala started pressing his neck and this petitioner put a pistol on his head and asked him to get naked and thereafter started making video, further alleges that Adarsh also assaulted him mercilessly as a result of which he suffered injury.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent, is a young boy of 20 years and is a student of Rajdhani College, Delhi university, it is next submitted that a dispute between students has led to filing of the present false case and from the F.I.R. it is not clear who called the informant for getting admission in the College. Learned counsel submits that on perusal of the injury report (Annexure '4' to the anticipatory bail application) it would manifest that the informant has suffered injury which is in nature of abrasion, it is also submitted that petitioner is a young boy aged about 20 years and is a student and in the event, if his anticipatory bail is not considered and is sent to jail then his entire career will get jeopardized.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the

No.7812 of 2022(2) dt.01-09-2022 3/3 event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 572 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
