JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-04-2015 The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
The petitioner is the sole assailant of the victim. He is languishing in custody since 20.05.2011. The report of the Superintendent of Police, Saran at Chapra dated 31.03.2015 suggests that only one witness, the retired Sub-inspector Laxmikant Jha is left to be examined for which efforts are being taken.
It is expected from the Superintendent of Police, Saran at Chapra to get produced the above witness on next date fixed before the learned trial Court. It is expected from the learned Trial Court to conduct the trial on day to day basis without giving unnecessary adjournment to either side.
