2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Janta Bazaar P.S. Case No. 270 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 143(1), 145 & 98 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Section 8 of the POCSO Act, Section 75 & 79 of the J.J. Act, Sections 3, 4, 5 & 6 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act and Sections 16, 17 & 18 of the Bonded Labour System (Abolition) Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the owner of an orchestra in which a minor victim was found working.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8767 of 2025(3) dt.08-05-2025 2/2 petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 12.12.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. The victim girl in her statement recorded under Section 183 BNSS has said that the petitioner is related to her and she on her own had gone to work in orchestra and the petitioner has not misbehaved with her.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

8. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Judge (POCSO Act), Saran/concerned Court below in connection with Janta Bazar P.S. Case No. 270 of 2024.
