Petitioner is said to have been apprehended by the police with one country made loaded pistol and two live cartridges on 27.02.2015 and since then is languishing in jail custody. No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of several cases but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner has already been granted privilege of bail in almost all the cases.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
