The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/354B/504/379/323/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Land dispute between the parties is the reason behind the allegation of sexual harassment caused by the petitioner. Annexure-2 is the document of land dispute. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like
