The petitioner seeks bail in Chandauti P.S. Case no. 185/2005, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Bail bond of the petitioner was cancelled on 19.09.2006. The petitioner has misused the privilege of bail for about nine years. The petitioner is in jail since 11.06.2015. He has already remained in jail for more than three months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri R.K. Pandey, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Gaya, in connection with Chandauti P.S. Case no. 185/2005.
