Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 399, 402 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Police arrested Dhiraj Kumar @ Dhiru and Vikaram Singh @ Vikaramjeet Singh. They are said to have disclosed name of the petitioner before the police but nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner nor the petitioner was apprehended on the spot.

Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45480 of 2015 (2) dt.30-09-2015 amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawadah in connection with Nawada Nagar P.S. Case No. 440 of 2015.
