2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 329(4), 126(2), 115(2), 352, 109 & 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per F.I.R., on account of pre-existing land dispute between the parties, Maarpeet took place, in which both sides sustained injuries. Case and counter case. Petitioner no. 1 is alleged to have assaulted informant with hockey stick, causing simple injury to informant and there is no allegation of overt act against petitioner no. 2. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

4. Learned counsel for the informant has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

5. Considering the nature of injury and clean antecedent, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 1279 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the B.N.S.S., 2023. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
