The petitioner seeks bail in Paras Bigha P.S. Case no. 55/15, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. The daughter of the informant was married to Prabhu Prasad in the year 2009 and the informant alleged that his daughter was burnt to death by her husband and other family members on 03.06.2015. The petitioner is sister-in-law of the deceased. It is submitted that the petitioner has no manner of concern with the family affairs of the deceased and her husband and she is living separately.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
