Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.

Petitioner has prayed for the following relief/s:

Patna High Court CWJC No.9157 of 2018(2) dt.06-01-2020 2/2 "For issuance of direction upon the respondent authorities to take proper, effective and necessary action and steps in terms of Bihar Panchayat Raj Act and the Rules made thereunder ensuring that the Gram Panchayat Birpur must perform its duties and functions specially execution of the schemes under "Sat Nishchay Yojana" for which necessary fund is available with the Gram Panchayat or alternatively, to take appropriate action against the disgruntled member/members or office bearer of the Gram Panchayat, Birpur who without sufficient reason absent himself/ themselves from the meetings of the Gram Panchayat and not performing his/their duties and functions or refuses to perform the job as assigned or directed."

After the matter was heard for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.
