In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- "That, the instant writ petition is being filed on behalf of the petitioner for issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing of letter no. P.III-I/2020-153-EC-4 issued by Commandant-153 Bn., CRPF, Aurangabad, Bihar dated 18.11.2020 whereby and where under the petitioner has been served with a notice by which the petitioner has been proposed to retire

Patna High Court CWJC No.5459 of 2021 dt.25-03-2022 2/2 prematurely on the afternoon of 28.02.2021 and also for the direction to respondents to pay arrear of salary, which is due from the month of June 2020 till date. The said letter has been issued in arbitrary manner with malafide intention touching the livelihood of the petitioner and panel in nature."

3. Aforesaid grievance cannot be redressed by this Court since it is pre-mature. Petitioner is stated to have submitted his explanation/representation in respect of proposed action of the respondent. If it is so, the concerned authority is hereby directed to decide the petitioner's grievance within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order.

4. With the above observations, the present petition stands disposed of.
