The petitioner is in custody since 27.5.2014 in a case under sections 448,302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that at the instigation of this petitioner accused Chandan Yadav and Nirvik Yadav fired killing 15 years son of the informant, Prashant Kumar.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner as mentioned above is refused with liberty to renew the prayer for bail after three months. (Samarendra Pratap Singh, J) Shashi.
