JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. No doubt the injured of the present case sustained grievous injury on her head said to be caused by the petitioner but admittedly there is case and counter case between the parties and wife as well as father of the petitioner sustained grievous injuries in the said occurrence.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well submissions of the parties, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kadwa (Balia-Belon) P.S.Case No. 67/2015 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar.
