JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

The prayer for grant of bail of the petitioners in a case under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code was earlier rejected by order dated 29.07.2015, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22551 of 2015, with liberty to renew their prayer for bail after remaining in custody for one year.

The petitioners submit that they are in custody since 05.09.2014. The petitioners further submit that the main allegation is against one Kailash Singh.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two
