JUSTICE BIBEK CHAUDHURI ORAL ORDER 08-04-2024 The petitioner is the husband of opposite party no. 2 namely Anuradha Kumari. Anuradha Kumari filed an application for alimony pendente lite in connection with a suit for divorce filed by the present petitioner.

2. The learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Nawada passed an order of interim maintenance alimony in Divorce Case No. 69 of 2017. This order being passed under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act is not revisable under the provision of Section 397 of the Cr.P.C. read with Section 401 of the Cr.P.C.

3. If the petitioner is aggrieved, he has the remedy under Section 115 of the Civil Procedure Code and Article 227

4. Therefore, the instant criminal revision is not maintainable and the same is dismissed.
