2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ghoghardiha P.S. Case No. 18/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)A, 26/27/35 of the Arms Act.

3. One countrymade pistol has been recovered from the petitioner who is in jail since 01.03.2023. The petitioner is accused in 5 more cases of similar and serious nature.

4. Considering the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, this application is dismissed.

5. The petitioner may renew his prayer for bail if the trial is delayed.
