Petitioner is in custody in connection with Giriyak P.S. Case No. 261 of 2018 for the offence under sections 307, 427 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 13.11.2019.

Allegation against this petitioner is that he has also opened fire from back and injured the informant. Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for more than six months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty
