2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 425/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 399/402/414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26/35 Arms Act and Sections 8/20 (b)(ii)(c) of the NDPS Act.

3. The petitioner and others were planning to loot. One mobile has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 28.11.2023 and he has clean antecedent.

5. Considering the period of custody and also the fact

Case No. 425/2023.
